Does Eating Fat Make You Fat?

Eating fat does not make you fat – BUT it depends on what types of fat you are eating.

Processed, Hydrogenated, fake butters and processed foods Are All Bad For You and Will Make you FAT – You need healthy fat from healthy fat sources, then eating fat will actually Burn Fat.

Your body needs these healthy fats to function normally, they affect your hormones, your brain and nervous system, your digestive system and many of your organs.

Fats to Avoid

~ Hydrogenated oils
~ Margarine and fake butter products
These products are just chemical concoctions – nothing natural about them. This includes vegetable oils like Canola Oil

Fats you Should be eating

~ Organic whole eggs
~ Organic grass fed meats
~ Raw nut butters and nuts, especially walnuts and almonds
~ Olive Oil
~ Coconut Oil
~ Natural butter
~ Salmon
~ Flax seed oil
~ Avocados

Eat some form of healthy fat in every meal – for example

~ Have Eggs for your breakfast cooked in coconut oil
~ Snack on raw nuts – especially Almonds or Walnuts and nut butters
~ Lunches and Dinners, choose Salmon, Steak or Avocados with a salad dressed with extra virgin olive oil
